Looking forward to the match tomorrow and hopefully some sunny weather. Hope Reagan makes the starting line-up, as he linked in well in our 4 - 0 win against Radcliffe Boro.

......And thats it...the season is over, done and dusted with the finale being a win at relegated Burscough thanks to a brace from Ryan Salmon in front of a healthy crowd of 55. (80% Plus being Rammy Fans)
It was'nt a classic of sorts but to finish the season off with a win is a good a feeling as any especially in the sunshine.
Its just the Awards next then over the summer a build on what foundations Mark and the club has in place.

Can only agree with what you say about the game and crowd.

We had a talk with Dave Sutton (ex Bolton W) in the tea bar pre match. He said that crowd levels were a problem, but with permission for the new stadium granted, maybe better times are around the corner. They are holding pre season trials very soon.

The owner of the land at Burscough is also the owner at Skelmersdale. Skem had an agreement with him of 12 seasons at a nominal £1 per season. And they are still in trouble.

Roll on next season.

If the attendance was just 55 as listed by EvoStik, then I'm a Chinaman [ Hu Flung Hackers ]. Something wrong somewhere. Maybe a rusty turnstile clicker that just counts every other fan ? Seems dodgy to me in terms of Tax/Vat.

Hu Flung - although wish Burscough good luck in bouncing straight back into EvoStik league.

As Confucius - he say - you can get 55 people on a fu**ing coach !

The game certainly had an end of season feel to it, but another committed performance from The Rams against a spirited, yet ultimately doomed, Burscough side. Don't think the hard pitch helped and made the ball difficult to control for both sides.

Looked more than 55 to me, not by many though, with the majority of these being from Rammy. Very sad to see, especially as Burcough have quite a rich history in the local non-league game. Good luck to them in the future and hope to see them bouncing back next season.

Makes you realise that things aren't so bad at The Riverside, and certainly not as bad as the picture some might might be trying to paint of the club

Onwards to next season with optimism :woohoo:
