With Ramsbottom United on Step 4 of the Football System of Leagues I am yet unsure if the sin bin with fit into the Evo-Stik Division 1 North. The structure of this new law to be looked at in the lower leagues is another problem that low ranked referee's have had thrown at them they are still learning the rules they looked at when they started or near enough the same rules and they have not got fully to grip of those. Referee assessors write down their thoughts of the quality of the referee at this level the refs are trying to go to a higher level and a lot do not, will this help them ?. The sin bin will save the players £10 for a 10 minute sit out but the yellow card still sits with them for missing matches on the points scale there is for match bans. If a £10 fine is not stopping players from having a go at the ref well good luck to giving them a ten minute rest for it. The Devils Guard.
