Prior to this Ashton friendly , The Rams pre-season results look like this :-

Considering that three of the above four games have been against higher League opposition , 1 X EFL , 2 X PREMIER , then to date that's a pretty good outcome for The Rams with a healthy 13 goals scored and a strike rate of 3.25 goals per game . Hope we can keep this standard up against Ashton United .

That's averaging exactly 3 goals scored per game which is impressive considering the type of opposition played . Overall , looking like a good pre-season to me and would be great to top it off with an away win at Kidsgrove later in the week.
